The charming village of Guia, with several restaurants known for the specialty of chicken with piri-piri, banks and pastry shops is 10 minutes away by car. As soon as you leave the village, you will find Zoomarine, a theme and water park, with an aquarium and presentations of dolphins and other marine animals and birds, roller coasters and water slides. In the opposite direction is the second largest shopping center in the region, with several shops, restaurants, cinema and supermarket. This apartment accommodates a maximum of 5 people, adults or children. About the property: The apartment faces south and is located on the 2nd floor of a building with only 2 floors, accessed by elevator or stairs. It consists of: living and dining room, full kitchen open to the living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of the bedrooms equipped with 2 single beds together, the other equipped with a double bed. It has a terrace connected to the living room and the ensuite bedroom, where you can sunbathe and make all your meals, while enjoying the great views of the condominiums pool and gardens. In the living and dining room there is a cozy area to relax with sofas, LCD TV with cable channels, free Wi-Fi internet and a dining area with a table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to cook your meals, from a stove, oven with grill, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and dishwasher, ironing board and iron ironing and utensils for 5 people. The bathrooms have a bath or shower and a hairdryer. The water is heated by solar panels. For your safety, the house has a first aid kit, extinguisher and fire blanket in the kitchen. For your convenience, the house has bed linen and towels for all guests, weekly cleaning (every 7 days), vacuum cleaner, broom and shovel. Air conditioning is also available in the living room and bedrooms. Reservations: To guaranty your reservation is required a 30% down payment by bank transfer or credit card, the remaining 70% are paid by bank transfer or credit card up to 30 days before check in. A deposit of 400 is required to cover any damage or any dirt above normal. This deposit is payable in cash on the day of entry or by credit card up to 14 days before the check in date. This 400 deposit is returned on the checkout date if paid in cash, or up to 7 days after check out in case paid by credit card. The owner delivers the key directly to customers at the check in. The payment includes all water expenses, electricity, condominium and cleaning. Check in in July and August a minimum of 7 nights stay is required.
